摘要
通过分析并条机自调匀整系统被控对象的特点,提出用广义预测控制理论设计控制器,以提高匀整的效果。通过对广义预测控制器和广义最小方差控制器的对比仿真,证明了广义预测控制优于广义最小方差控制,对并条机对象的特点有针对性,符合自调匀整系统的要求。
By analyzing the characteristics of the process of the draw frame autolevller, the Generalized Predictive Control theory is introduced to design the controller in order to improve the sliver quality. Through simulation of the Generalized Predictive Controller and Generalized Minimum Variance Controller, the former shows better control quality than the latter, so it is very suitable to be the controller of the draw frame autoleveller.
