The Optimum Design of Nonlinear Cam in Weft-knitting Machine

以计算机作为模拟试验的工具,对不同类型三角曲线的加速度特性,三角与织针之间的作用力特性进行了分析比较,并得出了非线性三角优化设计的原则。

Through simulative experiments on computer, for different non-linear cam profiles, their acceleration property, cam-needle reaction force and cam-to-needle impact force are analyzed and then compared in this paper. At last we draw the principle to optimize the nonlinear cam-profiles of weft knitting machine.
