摘要 协调区域经济发展和环境保护是当前中国许多地区面临的重要问题,而工业发展与污染控制是其中之关键。笔者以深圳市为研究区域,采用等标污染负荷法确定主要污染行业,在此基础上应用层次分析法研究了对区域环境经济系统起主要影响作用的行业,并结合投入产出法分析了区域的环境敏感行业。将这3种方法有机地结合起来,避免了以往研究中单纯考虑环境因素或笼统考虑经济因素而忽视经济系统内部运行规律的缺陷,对今后区域工业污染源研究和管理具有一定借鉴意义。 The harmonization of economic development and environmental protection is of significance to regional sustainable development,and the industrial development and pllution control are the key issues we must consider.Focusing on the industrial pollution sources in Shenzhen,the primary pollution sectors are investigated in terms of the equal\|standard waste load method,followed by analytical hierarchy process(AHP) method for the main sectors that have dominant effect on regional economic development and environmental protection.The input\|output analysis is made for environmentally sensitive sectors.The integrated consideration with these methods makes it possible to avoid some limitations in previous researches,and thus is good for consideration of the interaction between environmental and economic issues at the same time.
