摘要
用蒙古黄芪幼苗的不同部位作为外植体,进行诱导和培养愈伤组织.并采用薄层扫描法测定了这些愈伤组织及野生和栽培蒙古黄芪根中的黄芪甲甙含量.结果表明:蒙古黄芪四种外植体在适宜的培养基上均能被诱导产生愈伤组织;其中用叶片诱导的愈伤组织中黄芪甲甙含量最高,分别为野生根的3倍、栽培根的3~5倍.
Different parts of A. membranaceus var. mongholicus seedlings are used as explants to induce and cultivate callus tissue. The comparison of Astragaloside Ⅳ content which is determined by TLCS in cultivated callus tissue, roots of wild species and cultivated species shows that all four types of explants on suitable substrate could be induced to produce callus tissue.The content of Astragaloside Ⅳ in callus induced by lamina is the highest,three times as many as that in wild species root and three to five times as many as that in cultivated species root respectively.
