摘要
在铅基弛豫铁电材料的制备中 ,很难避免焦绿石相的出现。简要介绍了焦绿石相结构 ,从动力学和热力学上分析了焦绿石的形成原因 ,并提出抑制焦绿石相生成的措施。
Lead-based relaxor ferroelectrics with complex perovskite structure show superior dielectric and piezoelectric properties. So they hold high application potentials. However,such materials are difficult to be fabricated without the appearance of a pyrochlore phase. In this paper, the characteristics of pyrochlore structure are introduced in detail and recent works on the kinetics and thermodynamics of the pyrochlore formation are analyzed. According to the recent progress of the research, the effects of pyrochlore on the properties of such materials are discussed.
