A Model of Mathematics on the Optimistic Consumer Satisfaction with Reliability

摘要 运用数学的原理和方法 ,建立具有可靠性的顾客满意服务系统 (或组合策略 )的最优化数学模型 ,综合考虑了市场竞争的需要和顾客的理性消费行为 ,服务系统配置的费用极小化。 This paper describes a model of mathematics on the optimistic consumer satisfaction with reliability. It included consumer service systematic reliability, optimization of cost on the consumer service system, and a case study.
