A Technique of Handwritten Recognition of Chinese Characters Based on Fuzzy

汉字手写体识别是模式识别和人工智能的重要分支，汉字数量庞大，书写灵活，计算机识别相当困难。该文基于模糊概念，并引入几个指示向量，提出一个新颖的汉字手写体模糊识别技术，实验证实效果显著。

Handwritten recognition of Chinese characters is one important branch of pattern recognition and AI, which turns out to be a great challenge to computer owing to large quantity and written flexibility. This paper provides a novel technique based on fuzzy and a few guiding vectors, which displays a good experimental result.
