摘要
根据资源环境与社会经济的统计资料,对我国可持续发展进程中的水资源问题进行了宏观分析,提出了水资源压力的五类原因:即资源性缺水、工程性缺水、结构性缺水、水质性缺水和管理性缺水.
Based on the analysis of a series of statistic data about the resources, environment, society and economics, it is indicated that there are five causes of water resources crisis in the process of sustainable development in China. They include insufficient capacity and inhomogenous spacetime distribution of natural water resources, outdated construction of water conservancy projects and water supply engineering, unreasonable industrial water consumption, increased water pollution, and incomplete management of river basins and waterworks in cities.
