摘要
首次将Ru3(CO)9(TPP)3配合物催化剂用于4 丙硫基 2 硝基苯胺(Ⅰ)的CO选择还原反应,考察了反应条件对反应转化率和选择性的影响。PCO=5 0MPa,θ=140℃,t=20h,n(Ⅰ)/n(Ru)=300的反应条件下,转化率为83%,选择性达98%,为合成高效广谱驱虫药阿苯达唑(Albendazole)关键中间物4 丙硫基邻苯二胺提供了一条环境友好新路线。
Ru3(CO)9(TPP)3 complex catalyst was applied for the first time to the selective reduction of 4propylthio2nitroaniline(Ⅰ) using CO as reductant.Effects of reaction conditions on the conversion and selectivity was systematically investigated.Under the conditions of PCO=50 MPa,θ=140 ℃,t=20 h,n(Ⅰ)/n(Ru)=300,the conversion and selectivity reached up to 83% and 98% respectively.The results provided a novel environmentally-friendly approach for the systhesis of 4propylthioophenylenediamine,which is the key intermediate of an effective and widely used parasiticide Albendazole.
