摘要
合成了2种未见报道的水溶性α 氨基 1 苯基 1 丙酮衍生物。以甲苯为原料,经酰化、α 卤化、氨基化、季铵化反应,合成了溴化1 对甲苯基 2 二乙基苄基铵 1 丙酮(Ⅰ),用UV、IR、1H NMR和元素分析进行了结构表征。上述季铵化反应的条件是:0 08mol1 对甲苯基 2 二乙氨基 1 丙酮与0 1mol苄基溴在50~60℃下反应20h,得到产物Ⅰ,产率为55 2%。参照上述季铵化反应的条件,用光引发剂Irgacure907进行了季铵化,得到溴化4 苄基 4 (1,1 二甲基 2 对甲硫苯基 2 氧代乙基) 吗啉(Ⅱ),并证实了结构。测试产物的光引发性能表明,产物Ⅰ和Ⅱ既具有水溶性又具有光引发性。
In this paper two αaminopropiophenone derivatives were synthesized.Benzyldiethyl(1methyl2oxo2ptolyl)ethylammonium bromide(Ⅰ) was synthesized from toluene through FriedelCrafts acylation,αhalogenation,amination and quaterisation reactions.The structure of Ⅰ was identified by UV,IR,MS,1HNMR and elementary analysis.In the quaterisation reaction,008 mol 1ptolyl2diethylamino1propanone reacted with 01 mol benzyl bromide at 50-60 ℃ for 20 h.The yield of product Ⅰ was 552%.Similarly,under the same conditions of quaterisation reaction,4benzyl4morpholin4ium bromide (Ⅱ) was prepared from Irgacure 907 and the structure of Ⅱ was identified.Photoinitiability of the products was examined,demonstrating that both products were watersoluble and had photoinitiability.
