摘要
为充分利用城门山铜矿的资源 ,针对该矿含有大量结合型氧化矿和粘土型氧化矿的特点 ,进行了常规和浸出—萃取—电积两种提铜方法的试验研究。试验结果表明 ,常规提铜方法尽管试验条件不同 ,获得的指标有差别 ,但铜回收率仅为16%左右;而采用浸出—萃取—电积提铜方法 ,结合型和粘土型氧化矿的铜浸出率分别达到了49.14%、85.47% ,含铜浸出液经萃取—电积后可直接生产出高纯阴极铜。
Tofullyutilize the resources ofChengmenshan coppermine,some experimental investigations ofextractingcopper have been taken in two methods,a convention one and a leaching_extraction_electro deposition one,according to the charˉactristic ofcombiningintegrated oxidized ore and clayoxidized ore.The resultindicates thatthe rate ofcopperrecoveryis only16%although differenttesting conditions and differenttargets in convention method,and the leaching_extraction_electro deˉposition method can getthe rate of copper recovery of49.14%with integrated oxidized ore and85.47%with clay oxidized ore.The liquid can directlyextracthigh pure copper after extracting and electro depositing.
