摘要
分析了渐开线节能抽油机各运动参数间的关系 ,推导出曲柄转角和天轮转角、速度及加速度之间关系的计算公式 ,依据该公式计算 ,可对渐开线节能抽油机在各种状态和结构尺寸下进行优选 ,从而确定各部分尺寸 ,达到减少曲柄轴转矩波动和降低电动机功率 ,节能增强的目的 .
The relationship among different motion parameters of involute pumping unit is analyzed in detail to set up the mathematical expressions for head sheave rotating angle, and the displacement, velocity and acceleration of suspension center. Through computation and optimization of different working conditions with different structure dimensions the reasonable part dimensions can be obtained to decrease crank torque fluctuation and motor power. The motion property of involute pumping unit is analyzed theoretically to form a base for scheme evaluation and the designs to come. It also provides design basis for non-beam pumping unit.
