摘要
分析了渐开线节能抽油机的节电原理及其特性 ,提出了采用变径小天轮、柔性四杆机构 ,优化平衡相位角、极位夹角的结构方案 ,以改变转矩因数 ,降低减速器曲柄轴净转矩峰值 ,减小转矩波动因数 ,实现输出净转矩变化平缓 ,进而达到节能的目的 .根据油井的井况及抽汲参数进行了计算 ,并与现场试验的结果对比 ,渐开线节能抽油机的有功节电率达 2 6.5 1% ,表明该机是一种有发展前景的新型抽油机 .
Power saving effect is a main standard to judge a pumping unit's performance. The paper shows the torque factor can be adjusted through changing pumping unit structure. The peak torque of gear box crank and its torque fluctuation are obviously decreased. The paper investigates the power saving principle and optimize the structure parameters. Theoretical analysis and computing for different oil wells has been compared with field experiments, showing that the involute pumping unit meets the design specifications. The pumping unit, with obvious power saving effect of 26.51%, holds a promising prospect in the marketplace.
