摘要
本方法采用蒸馏食用盐中亚铁氰化钾 ,吸收氰根 ,吡啶 -吡唑啉酮显色定量测定。文章介绍了该方法的试验程序和实验选择的条件。方法准确、灵敏 ,适用范围 0～ 7.0μg/ g ,10次测定变异系数 (c.v) 3.5 % ,回收率 91%～ 10 0 % ,平均回收率 95 .8%。
The quantitative determination method of potassium ferrocyanide in edible salt is described in the paper.The procedure and conditions of the experiment are introduced also. The method in accuracy and sensitive. The detection limits obtained were 0～7.0 μg/g. The relative standard deviation based on 10 determinations is found to be smaller than 3.5%. The recovery is in the range of 91%～100%. The average recovery is 95%.
