摘要
使用液膜果袋后果实着色指数与套纸袋、对照相当,优于套塑膜袋,果面颜色鲜艳程度略差于套纸袋,但优于对照和套塑膜袋;果面光洁度显著提高,病虫果发生率显著降低;果实单果重与套纸袋和对照相当,优于套塑膜袋;果肉硬度、可溶性固形物含量较高,维生素C含量显著高于其它处理;室温下贮藏90d后果肉硬度、可溶性固形物含量高于其它处理,烂果率低于其它处理;各处理的农药残留量均符合国家标准,但液膜果袋处理的残留量较低。
Experiment results showed that the effect of liquid film bag on apple fruit development was similar to paper bag and control. It was better than film bag in fruit color index, while the fruit color was not as bright as that of paper bags. The incidence of diseases and pests was significantly lower than the other treatments and it was higher in index of fruit brightness and cleanness, similar to paper bag and control. It was also better than film bag in average fruit weight; higher in fruit flesh firmness, content of soluble solids, and significantly higher in content of Vitamin C. After 90 days storage in room, the fruit bagged with liquid film bag were higher in fruit flesh firmness, content of soluble solids and with lower rotted fruit. Chemical residues of fruit from all treatments were no more than the national standard, but the residues of the fruit bagged with liquid film bag were lower.
