摘要
介绍了两个体系异氰酸根封端的MDI/聚醚半预聚体的生产工艺,通过二正丁胺测试法和红外光谱,研究了预聚温度、预聚时间对半预聚体合成反应中NCO含量的影响,结果表明预聚温度为80℃,MDI/PTMG体系预聚时间为1.5h,MDI/(N220+N303)体系预聚时间为3h,所测的—NCO含量和理论值相符。
The production technology containing NCO of two systems MDI/polyether quasiprepolymer in polyurethane solventfree coating is described. Studys the effect of temperature and time on the NCO content in reaction of the prepolymer by methods of butyl diamine and IR. The results showed that the content of NCO is in accords with the theoretic content when the reaction temperature is 80 ℃, the synthetical time of MDI/PTMG system is 1.5 h and MDI/(N 220+N 303) system is 3 h.
