大庆宏伟热电厂2号机DEH的改造与应用

Application of DEH in No. 2 power generating set at Daqing Hongwei thermal power plant

DEH控制技术已在国内外大型汽轮机组广泛应用,同液压调节系统相比,具有不可替代的优点,通过采用DEH控制系统对大庆宏伟热电厂50MW双抽供热机组机械液压调节系统的改造,解决了升速率控制不稳、负荷摆动大和响应性差等问题,提高了机组启动的稳定性和运行的安全性、经济性,减轻了工作人员的工作强度。

DEH control technology has been widely used both at home and abroad, and in comparison with hydraulic regulating systems,it has incomparable advantages, such problems as instable speed increase rate,large load swing, and poor response, are solved by upgrading the hydromechanic regulating system of 50 MW heat generating set at daqing hongwei thermal power plant with DEH control system,and the stability,operational safety and economy of the generating set during start - up are therefore inproved, and the working intensity of labour force is reduced as well.
