叶轮机械叶片故障的叶间状态参数诊断法 被引量:3

摘要 提出了叶轮机械叶片故障的叶间状态参数诊断法 ,该方法采用安装在叶轮机械外壳上的传感器非接触测量旋转叶片之间的动态物理参数(即叶间状态参数 ) ,通过分析叶间状态参数 ,可获取叶片振动和叶片故障的信息。实验表明该诊断方法正确。 In this paper, authors firstly present a blade fault diagnosis method which is named state parameter diagnosis method.The sensors mounted on the wall are used to measure the state parameters among rotating blades. Blade vibration characteristics and blade fault information can be gained through analysis of state parameters. The experimental and industrial site applications have revealed that this diagnosis method is correct and effective.
