摘要
建立了三维切削加工系统的三维动力学模型 ,该模型是对经典的二维切削加工系统的一维和二维动力学模型的发展 ,更具一般性。通过该模型 ,成功地进行了三维切削加工系统的稳定性分析 ,并提出了用三维线图来表示切削过程动态稳定性极限的新方法 ,切削条件对系统稳定性的影响可以直接在该三维稳定性图上表示。最后 ,以一个三维车削系统上进行的切削稳定性试验 。
A three dimensional dynamic model for three-dimensional cutting systems is presented. The model is generalized because it is developed from one and two-dimensional classical dynamical models of two-dimensional cutting systems. Based on this model, the stability for three-dimensional cutting systems is analyzed successfully. A new method to express the stability limit in terms of three-dimensional chart is also presented in this paper. The effects of cutting conditions on the stability can be shown directly by the chart. Finally, the practicability and effectiveness of the model for dynamic stability analysis are verified by experiments for a three-dimensional turning system.
