某厂HG-220/9.81-1型锅炉主蒸汽温度低于设计值原因分析及治理措施

摘要 在火力发电厂中,主蒸汽温度不但是保证机组热效率的重要指标之一,也是保证机组安全稳定运行的必要条件。分析了某电厂HG-220/9.81-1型锅炉主蒸汽温度低于设计值的原因和提出的改造方案及改造后的效果。通过对影响主蒸汽温度偏低的各种因素进行综合分析和论证,对喷燃器进行技术改造,使主蒸汽温度平均提高了17.8℃,保证了机组的安全经济运行。 In a thermal power plant, primary steam temperature is not only one of the parameters to ensure the thermal efficiency of the power generating set, but also the necessary condition for safe and stable opreation of the power generating set. the causes for the primary steam temperature of HG -220/9. 81-1 boiler, the upgrading scheme, and the effect of upgrading below its design value are analysed together with various factors having effect on the primary steam temperature, the upgrading of the spray burner increased the primary steam temperature by an average of 17.8C to ensure the safe and economic operation of the power generating set.
