摘要
概述了我国现阶段水资源开发利用中存在的主要问题及产生的原因 ,指出建立地下水库是地下水资源可持续发展的一个重要举措 ,并为此提出了几点意见 .
The current situation and rising problems in the development of water resources in China is introduced, it is pointed out that constructing underground reservoirs is an important measure for the sustainable development of groundwater resources in China,and some new viewpoints and principled proposals for the construction of the groundwater reservoirs are supplied.
