冷变形双相钢回复时硬度升高机理的研究

摘要 研究了经 84 %压缩形变Si-Mn双相钢在不同温度加热时硬度的变化 .在回复阶段有硬度升高现象 ,原因是在马氏体与铁素体相界及马氏体内的碳化物脱溶造成的 . With different heating temperature,the double phase Si Mn steel which has been compressed 84% is studied.Hardness has climbed during the recovery process. The reason is that the carbon has disengaged at the boundary martensite meeting the ferrite and in the inner of martensite.
