非典型肺炎25例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 25 patients with atypical pneumonia

目的探讨非典型肺炎的临床特点及其有效防治措施。方法对 2 5例非典型肺炎患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果社区感染 3例 ;2 2例院内感染者均有该病接触史 ,潜伏期约为 1～ 11天。临床表现均有高热、头痛、咳嗽和气促 ;10例 (40 % )有严重呼吸困难 ;12例 (48% )关节肌肉剧痛 ;仅 4例 (16 % )有少量湿 音 ;2 5例 (1 0 0 % )血白细胞总数不高 ,血培养、衣原体抗体阴性 ;X线检查 3例 (1 2 % )呈双肺间质性改变 ;2 2例 (88% )呈斑片状浸润影。结论非典型肺炎具有较强的传染性 ,综合治疗其预后良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical features of atypical pneumonia and its effectvie prevention and treatment.Methods 25 cases with atypical pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed.Results 3 cases were community infected. 22 cases who were infected in hospital had exposure to atypical pneumonia.The incubation period ranged from 1 to 11 days.The Common symptoms inclueled fever,headache,cough and polypnea.Among them,10 cases(40%)had severe respiratiory difficulty,12 case(48%)had severe pain of musculoskeletal;4 cases(16%)had crepitations.WBC aunt was normal in 25 cases.Blood cultrue and chlamydial antibody were negative in 25 cases.X-ray showed interstitial pneumenia in 3 cases,and patchy consolidation in 22 cases(88%).Conclusion Atypical pneumonia is an highly infective comprehensive treatment can obtain better prognosis.
