不同程度动脉粥样硬化症患者血浆内皮素和一氧化氮水平的研究 被引量:13

The level of endothelins and nitric oxide in the patients with different degree arteriosclerosis

摘要 目的探讨不同程度动脉粥样硬化 (AS)症患者血浆内皮素 (ET)、一氧化氮 (NO)的水平 ,区分出轻、中、重AS症内皮素、一氧化氮范围 ,为了解AS的程度并进一步佐证内皮素、一氧化氮在AS中的作用提供依据。方法用脑阻抗图硝酸甘油试验、颈动脉脑循环动力学超声检测眼底动脉AS及其程度并作内皮素、一氧化氮测定。结果内皮素在轻度AS组为 4 2 .5 5~ 73.15pg/ml,中度AS组 为 4 2 .76~ 10 1.93pg/ml,重度AS组为 85 .2 7~ 131.19pg/ml;一氧化氮在轻度AS组为 4 5 .9~ 5 9.6 μmol/L ,中度AS组为35 .6 2~ 4 6 .3μmol/L,重度AS组为 2 8.6 9~ 39.96 μmol/L。 结论内皮素、一氧化氮测定可作为判断AS程度的一种简易、方便的定量指标。 Objective To study the level of endothelins(ET) and nitric oxide(NO) in the patients with different degree arteriosclerosis(AS) and distinguish the mild, moderate and severe AS for the purpose of providing enough basis for acquainting with the degree of AS and testifying the effect of ET and NO. Methods AS and its degree were measured through brain impedance nitroglycerin testing and transcarotid artery circulating kinetics ultrosound monitoring as well as fundus oculi examination for the the measurement of ET and NO.Results The levels of ET were 42.55~73.15 pg/ml, 42.76~101.93 pg/ml and 85.27~131.19 pg/ml, respectively in mild, moderate and severe AS group, while the levels of NO were 45.9~59.6 μmol/L, 35.62~46.3 μmol/L and 28.69~39.96 μmol/L, respectively in mild, moderate and severe AS group. Conclusion The measurement of ET and NO can be a simple and convenient quantitative index for judging AS degree.
