It is an economic and effective measure to make full use of the flood control engineering system in flood hazard reduction by applying flood control decision analysis techniques.However,due to many uncertain factors in the flood control decision making process, especially the uncertain factors in information forecasting,the flood control decision is a kind of risk decision.Based on the fuzzy neural theory and the uncertain factors in flood control decision,a flood analysis decision support system is established.
