摘要 运用防洪决策分析技术能最大限度地发挥防洪工程体系的作用 ,减小洪水灾害的损失 .但防洪决策涉及到许多不确定因素 ,具有明显风险决策特性 .将模糊系统和神经网络相结合 。 It is an economic and effective measure to make full use of the flood control engineering system in flood hazard reduction by applying flood control decision analysis techniques.However,due to many uncertain factors in the flood control decision making process, especially the uncertain factors in information forecasting,the flood control decision is a kind of risk decision.Based on the fuzzy neural theory and the uncertain factors in flood control decision,a flood analysis decision support system is established.
