摘要
资产证券化作为一项重要的金融创新,在我国有其特殊的现实意义。这里首先对资产证券化的概念进行了阐述,随后回顾了资产证券化在国内外的实践与发展。针对我国的具体情况,分析了资产证券化过程中存在的主要问题。最后,从创造良好的信用基础、建立配套的信用担保与评级机构、建立完善相关法律法规体系、加强监管、加强资本市场建设、在资产证券化市场中引入机构投资者六个方面提出了我国资产证券化的政策建议。
Securitization, as a important financial innovation, has its special realistic meaning in our country. This essay expounds the securitization firstly, and then looks back the practice and development of securitization in home and overseas, analyzes the problems in process of the securitization. Lastly, and puts forward to policy suggestion from 6 aspects.
