美国是实行住房抵押贷款证券化最成功的国家。本文分析介绍了美国住房抵押贷款证券化的产生、发展、制度及实践模式。在此基础上,研究了我国实行住房抵押贷款证券化的意义、障碍及基本途径。
America is the most successful country to carry out securitization of house mortgage loan. This essay takes an analysis of the foundation, development, system and practice pattern of securitization of house mortgage loan, studies the significance, obstacles and basic channel of realization of our securitization of house mortgage loan.
