精神医学专业学生的人格特征研究

The study on the personality trait of mental medical college students

目的 了解精神医学与普通医学毕业班学生的个性差异 ,为开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法 采用 16PF对 2 66例精神医学系毕业班学生及 3 10例普通医学生进行调查 ,并与大学生常模比较。结果 精神医学系毕业班学生男、女生乐群性、幻想性、世故性、忧虑性、紧张性因子分低于普通医学生 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;聪慧性、稳定性、恃强性、自律性因子分高于普通医学生(P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;精神医学系毕业班学生男、女生聪慧性、稳定性、恃强性、兴奋性、敢为性因子分高于大学生常模 (P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1) ,敏感性、怀疑性、忧虑性、紧张性因子分低于大学生常模 ( P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1) ;另外 ,男生实验性因子分低于常模 ,女生有恒性、幻想性、独立性因子分低于常模 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论 精神医学系毕业班学生较普通医学生及一般大学生具有良好的心理素质 ,对大学生进行心理健康教育是非常重要的。

Objective To understand the personality difference between mental medical college students and general medical college students , so as to provide some strategies for mental health education. Methods 266 mental medical college students and 310 general medical college students were assessed with Sixteen Personality Factor Test (16PF), then compared with the norm of college students. Results The female and male mental medical college students were lower in activity, imagination, sophistication, worry, tensity(P<0.05 or P<0.01); that ones were higher in smartness, stability, emulousness, self reliance compared with the general medical college students (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The female and male mental medical college students were higher in smartness, stability, emulousness, excitation, braveness(P<0.05 or P<0.01),that ones were lower in sensitivity, doubtness, worry and tensity compared with the norm of college students(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Besides, the male mental medical college students were lower than the norm in experiment; the female were lower than the norm in persistence, imagination and independence(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Mental medical college students have better mental status than general medical college students and college students, it is very important to give mental health education for undergraduate students.
