临床实习人员普遍预防知晓率调查

Investigation of Knowledge about Universal Precaution among 147 Practicing Students

目的 了解临床实习人员普遍预防知识知晓情况。方法 对临床实习人员进行普遍预防知识问卷调查。结果 临床实习人员对普遍预防知识有初步的了解 ,平均知晓率为 6 7.4 % ,实习医生与实习护士普遍预防知识知晓率差别无显著性 ,全体实习人员愿意接受普遍预防知识并在医疗活动中注意普遍预防的运用。结论 实习人员普遍预防知识仍存在模糊认识 ,医院应加强对临床实习人员普遍预防知识岗前教育 ,做好医院感染控制工作。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the knowledge about universal precaution in practicing students in hospital. METHODS A questionnaire survey on universal precaution was conducted among 147 practicing students. RESULTS The practicing students have studied some universal precaution knowledge in school, with an average correct answer rate of 67.4%. The difference between practicing nurses and interns was not significant. All of them want to study the knowledge of universal precaution and use it in clinical practice. CONCLUSIONS Some of the knowledge on universal precaution in practicing students was still meager. Education on universal precaution before practicing students going on duty is necessary to be improved. It will play an important role in hospital infection control.
