头孢吡肟控制呼吸机相关肺炎的临床评价

Therapeutic Effect of Cefepime in the Treatment of Ventilator-associated Pneumonia

目的 探讨头孢吡肟控制 VAP的临床疗效。方法 19例 VAP患者应用头孢吡肟 10～ 14 d,采用细菌培养鉴定 ,T淋巴细胞测定法。结果 头孢吡肟治疗后 ,细菌转阴率为 81.2 5 % ,CD3,CD4 明显上升。结论 头孢吡肟在控制 VAP细菌感染、提高细胞免疫功能和减少真菌发生方面具有一定的作用。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of cefepime in the treatment of patients with ventilator associated pneumonia (VAP). METHODS A total of 19 patients with VAP were treated by cefepime and determined by bacterium culture and T cell subsets. RESULTS After treatment of cefepime, the rate of bacterium vanishment was 81.25% and CD 3 and CD 4 rised. CONCLUSIONS Cefepime controlled bacterium of VAP, increased cellular immunity and decreased fungus.
