摘要
目的 动态观察单向垂直流生物洁净室及复合紫外线辐照对空气卫生学的消毒效果。方法 在设计级别为 10万级单向垂直流洁净室内 ,采用 L MC- 1型离心式空气微生物采样器采样和平皿暴露法检测空气自然菌浮游菌落数和沉降菌菌落数 ;试验分为单向垂直流洁净及紫外线与不设紫外线两组 ;时间设置开机前、开机后 (紫外线辐照 30 min关闭 ) ,分别于 0 .5、1、2、3、4 h、6个采样时相点 ,各连续采样 5 d。结果 动态试验表明 ,本试验设计达到药品生产质量管理规范 (GMP)标准 ,两种采样方法均显示室内空气洁净度满足 GMP控制过程的要求。结论 单纯空气洁净可满足本实验车间洁净环境的空气卫生学标准。
OBJECTIVE To observe effects of air conditioning room combined with ultraviolet radiation disinfection. METHODS Colonies on the float and the sedimentation were captured with LMC 1 air sampler and plate exposed method in air conditioning room. Experiment was divided into clean air combined with ultraviolet radiation disinfection and that without ultraviolet radiation disinfection. Sample was adopted at 30 min, 1 h, 2 h, 3 h and 4 h after ultraviolet radiation disinfection for 30 min. RESULTS The result of two experiments satisfied GMP. CONCLUSIONS The air conditioning room of unidirectional perpendicular fluxion can meet the needs of the air standard for experiment.
