北京新世纪饭店工程施工中采用了大量新工艺,如基础工程中的“桩墙合一、桩柱合一”新技术、结构施工中的24m跨后张无粘结预应力大梁和6m悬挑梁制作工艺、飞模工艺以及客房卫生间带饰面预制墙板成套技术等,为工程高质量、低消耗、按期完成提供了可靠的保证。
A series of new technologies were adopted in building Beijing New Epoch Hotel, such as 'pile-wall-combination and pile-column-combination' in foundation construction, fabrication of post-tensioned no-bonding prestressed concrete girder with 24m span and 6m cantilever beam in structure construction, flying formwork, and prefabrication of ornamented wall panel used in bedroom's lavatory. All those guarantee high quality, low consumption and completion in time.
