This paper analyzes the demand of combining safe communication and unsafe communication in data exchanging, and offers a scheme in which data change can be carried out by partly encrypting XML elements or elements' contents. By researching the data exchange mode and composition of XML document, the transfer technology of partly encrypted XML by XercesC++ is introduced.
