摘要
本文在对我国国有及国有企业经营者报酬现状进行分析的基础上 ,提出了改进的思路。即建立责任、报酬、风险相统一的经营者收入分配机制 ;扩大年薪制、股票期权的试点范围 ,实现经营者报酬形式的多元化 ;完善对经营者的约束机制 ;因企而异 ,分类设计经营者报酬方案 ;将经济报酬与其他报酬形式相结合。
After analyzing the compensation status-quo of our country's state-owned enterprise's operators, this paper brings forth some improving ideas. They are: establish the uniform operators' income and distribution mechanism linked with responsibility, compensation and risk ; enlarge the tentative range of annual pay system and stock options in order to realize the plural form of the operators' compensation; perfect the restriction mechanism to the operators; design different operators' compensation bracket; combine the economic compensation with other forms.
