当前 ,全球经济一体化与贸易自由化已是大势所趋 ,但区域利益集团化的格局也在加强 ,国际间的贸易争端日益频繁和加剧 ,尤其是近年来随着国际市场的日益饱和 ,国际上倾销与反倾销的矛盾日益激烈。本文着重谈一些发达国家和WTO国际组织的有关反倾销法律及我国出口产品如何应对的措施。

At present, the global economic integration and trade liberalization have been the trends that can't be reversed. Meanwhile the framework of the regional benefit group is being strengthened , the trade disputes internationally is increasingly mushrooming and intensifying. In particular, with the saturation of the international market, the disputes between dumpling and anti-dumpling has become more fierce. This article mainly focuses on the anti-dumpling laws of some Western Countries and the WTO and on some measures to be taken for the benefit of our country's export goods.
