江苏省部分地区90年代主要恶性肿瘤死亡变化

The Mortality of Common Malignancies in 1990s in Jiangsu Province

[目的]了解江苏省20世纪90年代主要恶性肿瘤死亡的变化情况。[方法]对江苏省8个地区1996年～1998年和1990年～1992年的主要恶性肿瘤死亡资料进行分析和比较。[结果]90年代末和90年代初相比,恶性肿瘤的总粗死亡率和标化死亡率无明显变化。肝癌、胃癌、食管癌的死亡率也无明显变化,消化道肿瘤仍占肿瘤死亡的主要地位,但肺癌的死亡率有了较大幅度上升。男性死于癌症的危险高于女性。[结论]消化道肿瘤及肺癌仍是江苏省肿瘤防治工作的重点,对肺癌死亡率的上升势头应予密切关注。

To examine the change in mortality of common malignancies in Jiangsu Province in1990s.Deaths registry data of common malignancies during1990~1992and1996~1998in8areas of Jiangsu Province were analyzed and compared.Compared with the re-sults of the beginning of1990s,crude mortality and age-standardized mortality of total cancers,liver cancer,gastric cancer and esophageal cancer were not significantly changed,but mortality of lung cancer increased dramatically.The risk of death from cancer in male was higher than that in female.[Conclusion]Digestive track cancer and lung caner are the key to prevention and treatment in Jiangsu Province.
