摘要
①目的 探讨肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿血清补体溶解免疫复合物能力(CMSC)变化及在发病机制中的作用。②方法采用免疫比浊法、聚乙二醇沉淀比浊法及免疫酶法对MPP患儿及正常对照组血清补体C_3、C_4、免疫复合物(IC)及CMSC进行检测。③结果 MPP患儿血清C_3、C_4、IC含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05、P<0.01),尤以伴有肺外并发症的重症组为明显(P<0.01),而CMSC却低于对照组(P<O.05),以重症组为明显(P<0.01)。④结论 MPP患儿CMSC变化在MPP发病机制中起重要作用,对判定病情程度有实用价值。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum complement - mediated immune complex solubilizing capacity (CMSC) and its effect in pathogenesis in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia ( MPP). Methods The level of serum complement C3, C4, immune complex (IC) and CMSC were detected in children with MPP and in normal control group by using immune and polythylene glycol precipitate turbidimetry and immunoenzyme method. Results The level of serum C3, C4, IC in children with MPP were higher than those in normal control group (P<0.05,P<0.01). The enhancement were marked in group those with concomitant symptom except pneumonia (P < 0.01). But the level of CMSC in children with MPP were lower than those in normal control group (P < 0.05 ).
