市场经济条件下 ,坚持集体主义道德原则不容置疑 ,它符合人的本质要求 ,符合我国现阶段基本国情 ,符合人类文明进步发展趋势 ;全面、正确地理解集体主义 ,必须维护集体利益的权威性 ,承认个人正当利益的合理性 ,理顺集体利益与个人利益关系的协调性 ;加强集体主义教育必须注重层次性 ,沿着顾全大局、先公后私、无私奉献的道德阶梯攀登 ,才能有效地提高人们的道德素质。

Under circumstance of market economy, the ethic of collectivism is to be adhered to undoubtedly as it fits into the essential requirement for a person, the fundamental situation of our country on present stage and the trend of development of civilization of human beings. To understand collectivism comprehensively and appropriately, we must safeguard authority of collective interests, acknowledge rationality of legal personal interests and ensure coordination between collective interests and personal interests. To strengthen collectivism education, we must focus on its stratification and come in conformity with ethical code that the interests of the whole should be taken into consideration that public interests should be taken top priority to personal interests, and that the principle of unselfish giving should be adhered to. Only in this way, can the ethic level of human beings could be graded effectively.
