摘要
近些年,高校成教学员的学习积极性不是很高,这是由社会因素、成人高教自身因素等方面的原因造成的。成教学员学习积极性的提高是成人高等教育质量的保证,为此,应该积极采取对策提高成教学员的学习积极性。
In recent years, the adult students' intiative at college is very low because of social environment and the adult higher education itself, etc. In order to assure the quality of higher education, something must be done to improve adult students' initiative in studying.
