摘要
地方性高校多数在经济或其他方面处于稍差的中小城市,所以高学历高职称人才队伍相对来说不够稳定。在以人才为本的今天,地方政府和高校应高度重视吸引和稳定人才工作,为吸引和稳定人才创设良好的环境。
Most local universities are situated in the middle and small cities which are undeveloped so that the teachers with high title of a professional post and high degree are not stable in these universities. Today we advocate that people is the pedestal, the local government and higher education must pay top attention to the construction of teacher team, create the good environment to attract and stablize the talents.
