试论当前收入差距问题

On the Problem of Current Income Unequality

当前收入差距扩大已成为社会关注问题之一。收入差距问题表现在基尼系数、城乡、地区、行业和财富掌握程度等方面。收入差距的扩大是多因素导致的 ,其中既有必然性因素 ,又有不合理的因素。收入差距问题无疑会长期存在 ,因此 ,应当从国家政策、法律、财税、社会保障等方面 ,采取有力措施 ,把问题控制在社会可承受范围内 。

The current extendibility of income unequality has become the one of the problem that the society concern.The extendibility of income unequality embody in the Ginicoeffient,the city country,the region,the profession and the wealth etc.The emergence of the income uneauacity with extendibility are caused by vations factors,including inevitability factors and unreasonable factors.The problem of income unequality is doubtless exsits a long time.So it must adopt the emollent measure,from the nation policy,law,tax and society guarantees,to control the problem within the scope that society can bear,and solve the problem gradually.
