摘要
人力资源开发是西部大开发的重要方面,教育是开发人力资源的重要途径。大力发展西部教育事业,开发人力资源,提高人口素质是西部大开发的根本所在。东西部教育合作发展是发展西部教育事业的一条有效捷径,具有战略意义。
Education is the major channel of tap ping the human resources which is very important in the Western Development.In the develop ment of western China,it is fundamen tal to devote major efforts to develo ping education,tap the human resources a nd raise the quality of population.Besides,the educational cooperatio n between the eastern and the western regions i s a shortcut for developing educatio n in the western regions and is of stra tegic significance.
