摘要
研究采用纳米材料改性钢结构防火涂料 ,实验表明 :采用经硅烷偶联剂改性的纳米粒子改性钢结构防火涂料 ,可解决无机纳米粒子在有机涂料中的分散问题 ,从而可有效地提高钢结构防火涂料的耐火极限 ;实验还表明 ,不同的纳米材料及其加入量对钢结构防火涂料的耐火极限均有不同程度的影响。在最常用纳米 Ti O2 、纳米 Si O2 和纳米 B2 O3这几种纳米材料中 ,纳米 Ti O2 的效果最好 ,经其改性后的防火涂料的耐火极限可提高 6min,防水性可提高 1 7.9%;当纳米 Ti O2 含量为 0 .9%时 。
This article gives a report on the research achievements on the property change of the new type steel structural fireproof dope by using nano materials. The experiment shows that to adopt the property changed steel structural fireproof dope from silane preparation will solve the scattering problem of inorganic nano particles in organic paint, and therefore, the fire resistant limit will be increased effectively. The experiment also shows that the use of different nano materials and quantities has a certain impact on the fire resistant limit of the steel structural fireproof dope. Among the most commonly used nano materials, such as nano TiO 2, nano SiO 2 and nano B 2O 3, nano TiO 2 has the best effect, and the fire resistant limit can be increased by 6 min, and the water proof capability will be raised to 17.9% after its property is changed. When the content quantity of nano TiO 2 is 0.9%, the effect of property change will be the best.
