摘要
目的 建立HPLC测定头孢唑林钠聚合物方法。方法 色谱柱为葡聚糖凝胶G 10柱 ( 4 2 0mm×13 0mm) ,流动相 :A :0 1mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH7 0 ) ;B :0 0 1%十二烷基硫酸钠溶液。流速 :1 0ml/min。检测波长 :2 5 4nm ,进样量 :2 0 0 μl。结果 该方法在 2~ 8mg的进样量范围内 ,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系 (r =0 9991)。结论 该方法简便 ,准确 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of the polymer in cefazolin sodium. Method The chromatographic column was Sephadex G 10(420mm×130mm), mobile phase A, 0 1 mol/L phosphate buffer (pH7 0); B, a solution of 0 01% Sodium dodecyl sulphate; the flow rate was 1 0 ml/min ; the detection wavelength was 254nm and the injection volume was 200μl. Result The good linearity was obtained between peak area and concentration ranging from2~8mg/ml. Conclusion The method is simple , accurate, sensitive and reproducible.
