摘要
WTO将给我国人权法制建设带来深远的影响 ,为了更好地与WTO全面接轨 ,人权立法应注重平等权 ,程序性权利及劳动标准等方面的应对策略。
WTO has brought about deep effect on the legal system construction of human rights.In order to adapt to the rules of WTO,the legislation of human rights should focus on equality,procedural rights and standard of labour,as well as the corresponding countermeasures.
