Thoughts on Prison Management by Public Security Organs after Entrance into WTO

中国加入世贸组织后 ,社会政治、经济、文化等诸多领域将发生深刻的变化 ,对推进我国社会主义法治建设意义尤为重大。公安监管执法作为公安机关执法工作的一个重要方面 ,与人权司法保障、经济建设乃至国家对外开放形象息息相关。公安监管部门必须对入世后公安监管执法工作形势进行科学分析 ,并及时制定前瞻性对策 ,牢牢把握工作主动权。

After the entrance into WTO,great changes have taken place in many fields in China,such as politics,economy,culture,etc.,which is especially important for the advancement in socialist legal construction.Prison management,as one important field for public security organs,is closely related to the judicial guarantee of human rights,economic construction and the open policy.The department of prison management must make scientific analysis on the present situation and work out the far-reaching countermeasures in order to take the initiatives.
