摘要
提高基层民警积极性是加强公安队伍建设的努力方向之一。当前影响基层民警积极性的因素有多方面。我们必须克服诸多消极因素的影响 ,采取切实措施提高基层民警积极性。
How to make the basic-level police positive becomes one goal of the construction of the whole force of public security.Nowadays many factors have a negative effect on the basic-level police and they should be overcome with effective measures taken.
