摘要
分配制度改革是高等学校人事制度改革的核心内容之一。高校分配制度改革要着眼于解决对教职工的激励问题 ,尤其是要着眼于充分发挥高校教师自身优势和潜力 ,为社会创造更多财富 ,创建一种符合市场经济和知识经济原则的分配方式。这是高校建设结构合理。
As one of the main contents of personnel system reform in colleges and universities,the distribution system reform should be carried out with emphasis on incentive for staff to offer opportunities for them to work out their potentialities.The new distribution system is expected to meet the criterion of market economy and knowledge oriented economy.It guarantees the production of staff with balanced structure and satisfying qualification.
