摘要
采用油菜子叶孢子喷雾接种法,在室内控制条件下,对不同来源的人工油菜杂交合成后代选系的抗霜霉病特性进行了苗期抗性评价,供试38个材料的霜霉病抗性可以划分为高抗、抗、中抗、低感、中感和高感6个类型,其中HP2306-1、HZ2011-1、HL2101、HY2501、HP2304-3和HP1202等6个合成系的发病严重度为1 77~2 12,表现为抗-高抗霜霉病,可以进一步应用于抗病品种的选育。
The resistance of thirtyeight oilseed rape lines bred from different parent materials to downy mildew \糤TBX〗Peronospora parasitica ( were evaluated in a climate chamber by means of spraying spore suspension on the cotyledons of 2weekold seedling. The results show that all lines (varieties) tested are grouped into six resistant types. Among them, HP2306-1, HZ2011-1, HL2101, HY2501, HP2304-3 and HP1202 are screened as 6 high resistant lines, which perfom the lower severities ranging from 177 to 212. Thus, these high resistant lines are regarded as potential materials for further variety breeding.
