电针加火罐治疗面神经麻痹的研究

Study of electric acupuncture and cupping jar on facial paralysis

目的 观察电针加火罐治疗面神经麻痹的效果。方法 选择面神经麻痹患者 4 0例 ,随机分为治疗组 2 0例 ,予以电针加火罐治疗 ;对照组 2 0例口服祛风药或维生素B族药物治疗 ,并进行疗效比较。结果 经过 4周治疗 ,治疗组总有效率为 95 % ,对照组总有效率为 75 % ,两组相比有非常显著性差异。结论 电针加火罐治疗面神经麻痹疗效显著 。

Objective It is to observe the effect of electric acupuncture and cupping jar on facial paralysis. Methods 40 patients were divided into two groups. 20 patients in treatment group were treated with electric acupuncture and cupping jar while 20 patients in control group were treated with oral medicine for wind and vitamin B. Curative effect of two groups were compared. Results After four weeks treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 95% and that of control group was 75%. There was significant difference. Conclusion Without any side effect, electric acupuncture and cupping jar is indeed efficacious to facial paralysis.
